Calero-MDSL Acquires Network Control

Calero-MDSL, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners and Oak Hill Capital, has acquired Network Control, a boutique Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and managed mobility provider headquartered in Waverly, Iowa. The deal brings Network Control's high-touch TEM team and operations into Calero-MDSL to accelerate growth in the mid-market; Mark Hearn, Network Control's owner and CEO, will join Calero-MDSL as Vice President and General Manager of the Network Control business unit.

Calero Software and MDSL Merge in Transaction Led by Oak Hill Capital and Riverside Partners

Calero Software and MDSL completed a merger to form Calero‑MDSL in a transaction led by Oak Hill Capital and Riverside Partners, with Sumeru Equity Partners remaining a significant investor. The combined company — headquartered in Phoenix with a large operations center in Rochester, NY — will operate under the Calero‑MDSL name, employ over 800 people and serve more than 3,500 customers across TEM and MDM markets.

The add-on expands MetaSource’s footprint with two new offices (New York and Boston) and strengthens its digital mailroom, document imaging and data-capture capabilities to better serve mid-market and enterprise clients.

Nasdaq, Inc. Acquires Metrio

Nasdaq, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Metrio, a Montreal-based provider of ESG data collection, analytics and sustainability reporting software. The acquisition will integrate Metrio's SaaS platform into Nasdaq's suite of IR and ESG services to strengthen its sustainability reporting and analytics capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

CMap Acquires Atvero

CMap, a PE-backed provider of cloud project and operations software, has acquired Atvero, a Microsoft 365-based document and email management system for architects, engineers and construction firms. The add-on expands CMap’s product proposition for the AEC market, and Atvero’s co-founder Marcus Roberts will lead the Atvero business unit within CMap.

Volaris Group Acquires Metadados
