Calero Software and MDSL completed a merger to form Calero‑MDSL in a transaction led by Oak Hill Capital and Riverside Partners, with Sumeru Equity Partners remaining a significant investor. The combined company — headquartered in Phoenix with a large operations center in Rochester, NY — will operate under the Calero‑MDSL name, employ over 800 people and serve more than 3,500 customers across TEM and MDM markets.
