Longshore Capital Partners and its portfolio company MetaSource have acquired Digiscribe, a New York–based provider of BPO and enterprise content management services. The add-on expands MetaSource’s footprint with two new offices (New York and Boston) and strengthens its digital mailroom, document imaging and data-capture capabilities to better serve mid-market and enterprise clients.

The deal closed Sept. 6 (announced Sept. 16) as OneSource owners pursued full retirement; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition represents a strategic and geographic expansion for Xenspire.
