Longshore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired three LaSalle Capital portfolio companies — Eclipse Advantage (warehouse labor services), Gen3 Marketing (digital/affiliate marketing) and MetaSource (technology-enabled BPO/ECM). The transactions represent exits for LaSalle Capital and provide liquidity to its investors after the companies executed growth and add-on strategies under LaSalle's ownership.

Calero-MDSL Acquires MetaPort

Xenspire Group Acquires OneSource Professional Search LLC

Xenspire Group, a Massachusetts-based staffing provider led by CEO Ram Konduru, acquired OneSource Professional Search LLC, a Mandeville, Louisiana-based technical and financial search firm focused on the oil and gas industry. The deal closed Sept. 6 (announced Sept. 16) as OneSource owners pursued full retirement; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition represents a strategic and geographic expansion for Xenspire.
