The acquisition is the fifth add-on for All States Ag Parts and expands ASAP's product offering and presence in the construction and heavy-equipment parts market.

All States Ag Parts (ASAP), a Kinderhook-backed parts distributor headquartered in Hudson, Wisconsin, acquired Dominion Equipment Parts, a Richmond, Virginia-based distributor of rubber tracks and heavy construction equipment parts. Dominion — which operates multiple warehouse locations across the U.S. — will be integrated into ASAP's construction parts division as ASAP's thirteenth add-on since partnering with Kinderhook; financing was provided by a lending syndicate led by Maranon Capital LP, Capital One, Madison Capital and Ares Management.

The add-on expands ASAP's aftermarket parts catalog (adding over 200,000 Yanmar parts), online presence and geographic footprint into North Texas; financing for the transaction was provided by Maranon Capital.
