VRC Investigations Acquires Woodall & Broome and Prime Source Investigations

VRC Investigations (owned by Trinity Hunt Partners) has acquired two insurance defense investigation firms, Woodall & Broome Investigative Services and Prime Source Investigations. The add-on deals expand VRC’s local investigator footprint—adding talent across roughly 20 states—and broaden its SIU, surveillance and anti-fraud capabilities, particularly in rural and mid-Atlantic markets.
