CCP Capital Strategies Acquires Executive Information Systems (EIS)

CCP Capital Strategies has acquired Executive Information Systems (EIS), a Bethesda-based company that provides outbound and inside sales, business development, contract management and back-office support to software developers and manufacturing partners selling to government customers. Five Points Capital provided unitranche debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; EIS holds a GSA Schedule and is a federal channel partner for SAS Institute.
