The deal is an add-on for HealthPRO (its sixth acquisition in the past 12 months) and will expand HealthPRO’s outpatient and senior-living therapy footprint while bringing Therapy Specialists access to HealthPRO’s clinical programming, reimbursement expertise, and compliance capabilities.

OrthoPediatrics Corp. Acquires Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics

(Nasdaq: KIDS) acquired Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics, a pediatric orthotic management company with 26 clinics and approximately $25 million in annual revenue, for $22 million in cash. The deal expands OrthoPediatrics' Specialty Bracing division and was supported by a new $80 million credit facility with MidCap Financial.
