HealthPRO Heritage, LLC has acquired Therapy Specialists, Inc., a San Diego-based full-service therapy and rehabilitation provider. The deal is an add-on for HealthPRO (its sixth acquisition in the past 12 months) and will expand HealthPRO’s outpatient and senior-living therapy footprint while bringing Therapy Specialists access to HealthPRO’s clinical programming, reimbursement expertise, and compliance capabilities.

The deal expands PT Solutions' national footprint and consolidates ActivePro's family of clinic brands under PT Solutions.
