Financing for the transaction included subordinated debt and an equity co-investment from Northstar Capital (Northstar Mezzanine Partners SBIC, L.P.) and financing from Madison Capital Funding LLC.

Motorola Solutions Acquires Pelco

The acquisition expands Lippert's product portfolio in shade and appliance offerings for OEM and aftermarket customers and aims to drive new content growth across RV classes.
