Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS), a Sciens Water-backed provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, has acquired KLa Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of jet aeration and jet mixing technology headquartered in Assonet, Massachusetts. The acquisition expands IWS’s treatment technology capabilities and production of wastewater reuse solutions, enabling a more integrated offering for industrial manufacturers, water utilities, and municipalities.

HKW Acquires Sepratech Liquid Solutions
