CHA Consulting Acquires Steger Bizzell Engineering

CHA Consulting, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Steger Bizzell Engineering, a Georgetown, Texas-based civil engineering firm specializing in water/wastewater, land development and surveying. The deal expands CHA’s capabilities and Central Texas presence by adding more than 50 technical experts and will see Steger Bizzell rebrand as Steger Bizzell, A CHA Company.
