Trinity Investors partnered with Sancus Capital Group to acquire Nano Hearing Aids, a direct-to-consumer designer and online retailer of affordable hearing aids, in February 2021. Nano, founded in 2017 and operating primarily via e-commerce with nationwide U.S. shipping, will operate under the new private owners to expand its DTC/OTC hearing-aid business.
