3i Infrastructure plc has acquired SRL Traffic Systems from mid-market private equity firm LDC. SRL, a Cheshire-headquartered equipment-as-a-service provider of portable and temporary intelligent traffic lights and VMS, has grown revenues and fleet materially under LDC and will be backed by 3i Infrastructure to support the next phase of expansion.
