ERP Power (Angeles Equity) Acquires Lumenetix

ERP Power LLC, a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, acquired Lumenetix Inc., the developer of the araya5 tunable color light engines and digital controls. The deal combines Lumenetix's patented tunable light engines with ERP's programmable LED drivers and controls to create an integrated driver, light engine and digital controls embedded system, accelerating time-to-market for specification-grade LED fixtures.
