Prime Technology Group Acquires Lighthouse Software Solutions

Prime Technology Group, a Frontenac-backed IT solutions provider based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, has acquired Lighthouse Software Solutions, a custom application development firm specializing in legacy support, modernization and integration services primarily for the financial services industry. The Lighthouse management team, including founder Tim Michalski, will remain with Prime as the combined company looks to deepen vertical expertise and broaden application development and managed services capabilities.

The deal expands ProVelocity and IronEdge’s footprint into Arizona and enhances their managed IT, VoIP and low-voltage/cabling capabilities while providing an exit pathway for LANstar founders Joel and July Ray.

Grain Management Acquires LightRiver Technologies & Software

Infor Acquires Lighthouse Systems
