The Riverside Company (via its Micro‑Cap Fund) has merged ProVelocity and IronEdge to create a single managed service provider (MSP) platform, expanding its Software & IT portfolio. The combined business will offer managed IT, CTO services, cybersecurity, communications, cloud services, project implementation and hardware solutions and is being positioned for growth across the MSP market.
