Pavement Partners Holding, LLC, a pavement services platform formed via Shoreline Equity Partners' recapitalization of Finley Asphalt & Concrete, has acquired Dominion Paving & Sealing, a Purcellville, Virginia-based asphalt and concrete services provider. The deal is Pavement Partners' first add-on following the platform formation and is intended to expand the platform's market share and service footprint across the Washington D.C. metro and surrounding Mid-Atlantic markets.

Construction Partners, Inc. (CPI) has acquired GMJ Paving Company, LLC, adding a hot-mix asphalt plant in Baytown (east of Houston) and bringing CPI's Houston-area plant count to 12. GMJ will join CPI's Durwood Greene Construction Co. platform, expanding CPI's production footprint and local operating talent to support public infrastructure work across the Houston metro area.

The Sterling Group Acquires Pavement Preservation Group, Inc. and Vance Brothers to Form Nationwide PPG Platform

The Sterling Group has acquired Arizona-headquartered Pavement Preservation Group, Inc. (PPGI) and Kansas City-based Vance Brothers, LLC to create Pavement Preservation Group (PPG), a new national platform focused on pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance. Darin Matson, a long-time pavement sector executive and former CEO of Rogers Group, was named CEO to lead the platform as Sterling pursues a buy-and-build expansion across the central and southwestern United States.

DCA Partners Makes Growth Equity Majority Investment in The Maloney Group
