Sandy Alexander, a Snow Peak Capital portfolio company, has acquired Abbott Communications Group (ACG), a provider of printing, mailing, and print management solutions headquartered in the Orlando area. This marks Sandy Alexander's first strategic add-on since being acquired by Snow Peak Capital and is intended to expand the platform's capabilities and presence in the Orlando/Tampa Bay market.

Pollock Company, a third-generation family-owned technology and office solutions provider based in Augusta, Georgia, has acquired ATG Communications, a local internet and voice service provider that has served the Augusta area for 36 years. Alera Group Acquires Advanced Capital Group

The add-on expands Y-COM's FTTH engineering and construction capabilities and geographic footprint — AEG has completed 130 FTTH projects, installed ~50,000 miles of fiber and passed ~2.6 million homes across 32 U.S. states and 11 countries.

ITG Communications Acquires Advantage Utilities LLC

ITG Communications, a national provider of fulfillment, construction, and project management services to the cable, telecommunications, and utility industries, has acquired Advantage Utilities LLC, a New Hampshire–based fiber construction and maintenance company. The acquisition brings Advantage's ~85 W-2 employees and large subcontractor network into ITG, expanding ITG's Northeast footprint and customer partnerships across New England and the Mid-Atlantic.
