Snow Peak Capital, a Boulder-based private equity firm, made a majority investment in Sandy Alexander, a multi-channel marketing communications and commercial printing company headquartered in New Jersey, partnering with Sandy Alexander's management team and other previous owners. Global Endowment Management co-invested and PNC Bank provided debt financing; Snow Peak said it will support Sandy Alexander's growth through investments, operational support and M&A.

The acquisition adds connectivity and voice infrastructure to Pollock's managed IT, cybersecurity, print and physical security offerings to deliver more integrated technology services to regional business customers.

Northrim Horizon, a Mesa, Arizona-based permanent capital investment firm, has acquired ACG Systems, a Maryland-based systems integrator and technical service provider for mission-critical wireless communication systems. Northrim named Thomas Montalbano as CEO and said ACG will serve as a platform for additional organic growth and acquisitions in the wireless communication services industry.
