Northrim Horizon, a Mesa, Arizona-based permanent capital investment firm, made a strategic growth investment in Solutions360 USA, Inc., a Newmarket, Ontario-based provider of ERP/PSA software for systems integrators. The capital will fund accelerated AI and automation development, new platform modules, and expanded partner integrations; Solutions360 also appointed Nate Gardner as CEO while founder Brad Dempsey remains CTO.

Chekhub Acquires Horizonline Technologies

The deal will integrate Horizonline's CMMS functionality into the Chekhub platform and Horizonline CEO Darryl Rouse will join Chekhub's executive team; terms were not disclosed.

CliniSys Acquires HORIZON Lab Systems and Combines with Sunquest Information Systems

Horizon Air Freight Acquires Transmarine Navigation Corporation

Horizon Air Freight announced the acquisition of Transmarine Navigation Corporation, completed in Q4 2022, to expand its port agency and in-port logistics capabilities across North and South America. The deal combines Horizon’s global warehousing and last-mile delivery network with Transmarine’s port call agency presence at 12 ports, enhancing services for ship owners, operators, and charters.
