IVI RMA Global has completed the acquisition of ART Fertility Clinics, a leading reproductive medicine group with operations in the United Arab Emirates and plans to expand into Saudi Arabia, establishing the Middle East as IVI RMA's fifth operating region. ART Fertility—led by CEO Suresh Soni and Medical Director Dr. Human M. Fatemi—brings more than 300 employees, strong R&D capabilities and industry-leading pregnancy success rates to IVI RMA's global fertility platform.
