Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. completed the previously disclosed all-cash acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations for approximately $1.5 billion inclusive of net debt. The deal adds roughly 200,000 members, expands HGV's resort portfolio to nearly 200 properties across new geographies and states, and is expected to be adjusted free cash flow accretive with about $100 million of run-rate cost synergies within 24 months.

VTrips Acquires Southern Vacation Rentals

VTrips, a fast-growing U.S. vacation rental management company, acquired Southern Vacation Rentals on April 1, 2022, adding 1,120 properties and 123 team members to its portfolio and bringing VTrips' total managed properties to more than 5,000. Southern Vacation Rentals' CEO Scott Seay will join VTrips as chief strategy officer as the companies integrate operations while retaining local brand presence.

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. has completed the previously announced merger to acquire Bluegreen Vacations Holding Corporation, making Bluegreen an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of HGV. Under the merger terms, each outstanding share of Bluegreen Class A and Class B common stock was canceled and converted into the right to receive $75.00 in cash; Bluegreen's public trading was suspended.

Bluegreen/Bass Pro JV Acquires Branson Cedars Resort

Bluegreen/Big Cedar Vacations LLC, a joint venture between Bluegreen Vacations Holding Corporation and Bass Pro Shops, has acquired Branson Cedars Resort in Ridgedale, Missouri. The approximately 80-acre property adjoins the Wilderness Club at Big Cedar Resort and will be renovated and master-planned for additional vacation ownership units and expanded amenities to grow Bluegreen's footprint in the Branson area.

Blue Road Capital Acquires NatureSweet from Silver Ventures

Blue Road Capital, an investment firm focused on vertically integrated food and agriculture businesses, has acquired NatureSweet (NS Brands, Ltd.), the largest vertically integrated greenhouse-grown produce company in North America, from Silver Ventures for an undisclosed sum. NatureSweet grows, harvests, and packages tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers across more than 1,400 acres and employs over 6,000 people, with products sold through major supermarkets across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

VTrips Acquires Four Vacation Rental Managers (Carolina Retreats, Tybee Vacation Rentals, Silver Sands, Miss Kitty's)

VTrips, a Florida-based vacation rental management company led by founder and CEO Steve Milo, acquired four regional vacation rental firms—Carolina Retreats (Topsail, N.C.), Tybee Vacation Rentals (near Savannah, Ga.), Silver Sands Vacation Rentals (Port Aransas, Texas) and Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways (Rockport, Texas). The deals expand VTrips' portfolio to roughly 7,000 properties and about 1,000 employees nationwide as the company pursues scale and deeper presence in resort vacation rental markets.
