GenNx360 Capital Partners acquired a majority interest in Miller Environmental Group (MEG), a Calverton, New York-based environmental services company that provides emergency response, waste transportation and disposal, remediation, and industrial and marine services. Mark Miller (then owner/President/CEO) will remain on MEG's board and step away from day-to-day operations while GenNx360 plans to accelerate growth through operational improvements and strategic add-on acquisitions; Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as exclusive financial advisor.

GenNx360 Capital Partners-backed Miller Environmental Group Inc. (MEG) has acquired Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc. (EP&S), expanding MEG's footprint along the U.S. East Coast. The deal closed December 27, 2019; terms were not disclosed, and the combined business will operate more than 25 locations with over 350 employees to enhance MEG's emergency response and remediation capabilities and geographic reach.

GenNx360 Capital Partners’ portfolio company Miller Environmental Group (MEG) has acquired Monarch Environmental Services, Inc., a New Jersey-based waste and disposal services provider with two TSDF facilities. The deal expands MEG’s footprint by three locations (including TSDFs in Woodstown, NJ and Tampa, FL), increasing the combined company’s presence across the Northeast, Mid‑Atlantic and Southeast as part of MEG’s rollup strategy since GenNx360’s 2019 investment.

Coalesce Capital Acquires Miller Environmental Group
