Workiva Inc. has acquired AuditNet, a global provider of audit content, tools and a digital community used by more than 160,000 audit practitioners. The acquisition (terms not disclosed) will integrate AuditNet’s content into the Workiva platform and Workiva Marketplace to strengthen the company’s GRC and audit offerings.
