Veritas Technologies has acquired Globanet, a privately held Los Angeles–based provider of compliance, archiving and e-discovery software (including Globanet Merge1). The acquisition adds native visibility into more than 80 new content sources—strengthening Veritas' archiving and digital compliance capabilities and expanding its Enterprise Data Services Platform.
