Globant has acquired Copenhagen- and New York-based creative consultancy Vertic to consolidate its global digital marketing network, strengthen capabilities in Healthcare & Life Sciences marketing, and establish operations in Denmark. Vertic’s teams and leadership will join Globant to support expansion into the Nordic region while continuing service to existing clients.
