Streamland Media Acquires Technicolor Post Business from Technicolor

Streamland Media, a Los Angeles-based post-production platform backed by Trive Capital and Five Crowns Capital, has agreed to acquire the Technicolor Post business from Technicolor. The transaction will merge Technicolor Post into Streamland's global portfolio of post-production businesses to broaden capabilities and locations, and is expected to close subject to customary conditions in the first half of 2021.
