Medius Acquires Expense Management Software Provider Expensya

Medius has completed the acquisition of Expensya, a Paris-based expense management SaaS company founded in Tunisia. The deal adds AI-enabled, mobile-first employee spend management and payments capabilities to Medius’s accounts payable automation platform, enabling product and geographic expansion (notably in France) and stronger cross-sell opportunities for CFO-facing finance automation solutions.
