Medius Acquires OnPay Solutions

Medius has acquired OnPay Solutions, a Jacksonville-based invoice payments provider, to integrate payment processing into its source-to-pay platform and close the 'last mile' of accounts payable automation. The deal, for an undisclosed sum, adds OnPay's technology, a 360,000-vendor network and 35 employees, and will support Medius's US expansion with a new Jacksonville office.

The deal adds AI-enabled, mobile-first employee spend management and payments capabilities to Medius’s accounts payable automation platform, enabling product and geographic expansion (notably in France) and stronger cross-sell opportunities for CFO-facing finance automation solutions.

MedTech Momentum Acquires Wax Marketing

MedTech Momentum, a full-service healthcare marketing agency based in the greater Orlando area, has acquired Wax Marketing, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based marketing communications agency. Wax Marketing founder Bonnie Harris will join MedTech Momentum as Vice President of Strategy to deepen the buyer's strategic marketing communications capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

PairSoft Acquires Webiplex

The deal expands PairSoft’s AP automation and document management capabilities—notably adding seamless NetSuite integration—and brings the Webiplex team into PairSoft to accelerate product and market coverage.

AWAX Group Acquires Sasol Wax GmbH

AWAX s.p.a. has acquired Sasol's European wax business (Sasol Wax GmbH), which will operate as Hywax GmbH effective March 1, 2022. The transaction transfers two production facilities in Hamburg (plus sites in Linz, Austria and Birkenhead, UK) to AWAX as Sasol streamlines its portfolio to focus on core assets.
