Pacific Avenue Capital Partners Acquires Long Beach Facility and Assets from Novo Health Services to Form SPSA

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners acquired the Long Beach facility and related assets of Novo Health Services in a proprietary purchase and carveout. The assets will form Sterile Processing Services of America (SPSA), with Jennifer Greisen named President; the move creates a standalone sterile-processing platform focused on surgical pack processing and instrument sterilization.
