In separate same‑day transactions, Ensign and its affiliates also acquired six additional post‑acute and senior living operations across Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Tennessee and Texas; real estate assets for some facilities were purchased by Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT, Inc., Ensign’s captive REIT.
