Post Acute is an outsourced physician services business conducting roughly 3,000 monthly patient encounters across 18 long-term care and skilled nursing facilities in Washington and Oregon; Asenda paid 55% of the initial consideration in Asenda shares, aligned Post Acute's founders into senior roles, and expects the deal to accelerate entry into Florida and add material revenue and EBITDA.
