Sentinel Capital Partners Acquires TTG Imaging Solutions

Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired TTG Imaging Solutions, a Pittsburgh-based provider of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging services, equipment sales, repair/refurbishment and radiopharmaceuticals. Brookside Capital Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to facilitate the transaction; TTG was previously a portfolio company of Chief Capital (Chartwell Investments' Entrepreneur & Founder Capital). The deal is intended to provide capital and support for TTG's continued organic and acquisitive growth across the U.S.
