Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Three ParkerStore Locations from Motion & Flow Control Products

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) acquired three ParkerStore locations in Williston, North Dakota; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and Sidney, Montana from Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. (MFCP). The locations will operate under the MCE name and under District Manager Randy Iversen, strengthening MCE’s presence in the Bakken region and adding hydraulics, hose/fitting distribution and filtration capabilities (including a Parker Truck Hydraulics Center).

Filter Resources — a distributor of process liquid and air filtration products serving downstream oil & gas, petrochemical, and specialty chemical markets — will retain its brand and continue operating from its Pasadena, Texas and Lake Charles, Louisiana locations under General Manager Sidney Mondin. The deal expands MCE's filtration capabilities as an add-on to its platform.
