The deal expands Passport's capabilities for helping DTC brands scale into markets such as Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia by combining cross-border logistics, localization, and managed local-market services.

RockItCoin Acquires FirstCoin ATM and Phoenix Crypto Bitcoin ATM Networks

(NASDAQ: BTBT) has acquired Enovum Data Centers, a Montreal-based operator of a 4MW Tier 3 high-performance computing (HPC) datacenter, for approximately CAD 62.8 million (about USD 46 million). The acquisition vertically integrates Bit Digital's HPC and GPU hosting initiatives, enabling the company to offer colocation, on-demand computing and to host its own GPUs while supporting expansion plans for additional capacity.

Quorum Information Technologies Acquires Accessible Accessories Ltd.

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Accessible Accessories Ltd., a Medicine Hat–based web‑platform provider that helps franchised automotive dealerships sell accessories. The acquisition (announced March 10, 2022) is expected to close around April 1, 2022 for $4.5 million in cash and will expand Quorum’s SaaS offerings, add roughly $1.5 million of annual SaaS revenue, and create cross‑sell and product integration opportunities across its dealership management and digital retailing solutions.
