GPS Trackit, the Inverness Graham-backed fleet telematics and video company, has acquired Zonar Systems from Continental. The deal (terms undisclosed) combines GPS Trackit's video telematics platform with Zonar's smart fleet management capabilities to deepen presence in government, education and commercial fleet markets and expand fleet safety, health and compliance offerings.

GPS Insight Acquires Certified Tracking Solutions

GPS Insight, an Accel-KKR portfolio company, acquired Certified Tracking Solutions (Titan GPS) from middle‑market PE firm HKW to expand its fleet management and telematics capabilities and extend its reach into Canada. The deal adds ELD-certified solutions, specialty tracking, Bluetooth asset tracking, and field operations tools to GPS Insight's suite of SaaS fleet and field service management products.

Accel-KKR acquired GPS Insight, a Scottsdale-based fleet management SaaS provider, and will merge it with two existing portfolio companies, InSight Mobile Data and Rhino Fleet Tracking, to create an end-to-end fleet management, field services and video telematics platform. Gary Fitzgerald will continue as CEO of the combined business, which together serves over 11,000 accounts and more than 225,000 vehicles across North America.

Geoforce Acquires Trakopolis SaaS Corp.
