BlueHalo Acquires Base2 Engineering and Fortego

BlueHalo, a national security engineering platform backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has completed acquisitions of Maryland-based Base2 LLC (Base2 Engineering) and Fortego LLC to expand its cyber and SIGINT capabilities. The add-ons bolster BlueHalo's cyber, SIGINT and CNO capabilities, add prime contracts and cleared technical staff, and support the platform's strategy to grow its presence in defense and intelligence markets.
