Stellex Capital Management has made a platform investment to acquire Bryden Capital Limited and MPL Group Limited, together operating as the MSS Group, a Manchester-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of critical electronic components for the global power industry. The founders and key shareholders (Brian Hall and Liam Hall) will reinvest and the existing management team will remain to drive organic and inorganic growth and international expansion.
