Peltram Plumbing Holdings, a portfolio company of Crescendo Capital Partners, acquired Power Plumbing, Inc., a Houston-based plumbing-focused mechanical contractor, in a transaction that closed July 30, 2021. The add-on deals bolster P3's residential, multi-family and light commercial capabilities and deepen regional coverage as the company builds a national pure-plumbing platform.

Stellex said it will partner with Crest's management to drive operational improvements, accelerate growth initiatives and expand the company's global footprint; terms were not disclosed.
