Derek Harrar was appointed CEO to lead the integrated business, which serves large enterprise and Fortune 500 clients across multiple regions.

Long Arc Capital Makes Majority Investment in Agile Frameworks

New York-based growth private equity firm Long Arc Capital acquired a majority stake in Agile Frameworks, a Minneapolis-area provider of cloud-based SaaS for project workflow, data management and analytics serving the AEC industry. Braun Intertec, which founded Agile Frameworks and remains a major shareholder and customer, will continue as a material owner while the investment supports product and market expansion.

Accenture Acquires Infinity Works

Accenture has acquired UK-based cloud and digital transformation consultancy Infinity Works to strengthen and expand the cloud delivery and engineering capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in the United Kingdom. Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds with approximately 440 employees, brings cloud, data, design and full‑stack engineering expertise and partnerships with AWS and Snowflake. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Gallant Capital Partners Acquires Altify

Instawork Acquires AbleJobs

AbleJobs — founded in 2019 and used by an estimated 3 million people with nearly 35,000 placements and backing from investors including Y Combinator and Elevation Capital — will see its founders join Instawork's team; financial terms were not disclosed.

gWorks Acquires Freedom Systems

gWorks, a cloud-native software provider for local governments based in Omaha, Nebraska, has acquired Freedom Systems, a Pennsylvania-based provider of tax and utility billing and municipal software. The acquisition, effective March 27, 2024, is an add-on to gWorks' existing platform (backed by BV Investment Partners) to expand product capabilities and strengthen its footprint serving small local governments in Pennsylvania.
