New York-based growth private equity firm Long Arc Capital acquired a majority stake in Agile Frameworks, a Minneapolis-area provider of cloud-based SaaS for project workflow, data management and analytics serving the AEC industry. Braun Intertec, which founded Agile Frameworks and remains a major shareholder and customer, will continue as a material owner while the investment supports product and market expansion.
