Long Arc Capital Takes Majority Stake in TagPay

New York City-based private equity firm Long Arc Capital invested €25 million to take a majority stake in French core-banking software provider TagPay. Co-founders Yves Eonnet and Hervé Manceron will remain in leadership, Société Générale remains a minority shareholder, and the capital will be used to grow sales, product and technical teams and expand TagPay’s customer base.

Financial terms were not disclosed; TrustArc (founded 1997) serves over 1,200 customers, employs more than 300 people, and Main Capital said it will accelerate product innovation and expand TrustArc's presence in Europe and India.
