Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of certain assets of THB Asset Management, adding approximately $555 million in equity assets and incorporating THB as its 10th investment franchise. THB will remain in Norwalk, Connecticut, and the transaction expands Victory Capital's capabilities in capacity-constrained small-/micro-cap strategies and adds offshore distribution relationships.
