LPA Acquires LdG Landscape Architects

Integrated design firm LPA has acquired San Diego-based LdG Landscape Architects, bringing founder Rocio Gertler and her small design team into LPA's landscape practice. The acquisition expands LPA's landscape capabilities and talent pool across its six studios in California and Texas, allowing LdG's projects to influence a broader range of mixed-use, education, healthcare and civic work.

Landscape Forms Acquires Loll Designs

Landscape Forms, a Kalamazoo-based designer and manufacturer of high-design outdoor site furniture and lighting, has agreed to acquire Duluth-based Loll Designs, a designer and manufacturer of sustainable outdoor furniture made from recycled HDPE. The deal (expected to close by December 31, 2020) brings Loll’s design-forward product portfolio, direct-to-consumer ecommerce and more than eighty employees into Landscape Forms; Loll CEO Greg Benson will continue as President and Creative Director and join Landscape Forms' executive leadership team.
