Centauri, a PE-backed defense technology and engineering firm, has acquired The Design Knowledge Company (TDKC) and PreTalen, Ltd., both headquartered in the Dayton, Ohio region. The transactions expand Centauri's capabilities in microelectronics trust, space domain awareness, PNT (positioning, navigation and timing) and cyber warfare, more than doubling its Dayton headcount and prompting new R&D and secure facilities in the region.
