Castik Capital Acquires Majority Stake in WATR Group

WATR Group’s CEO Steffen Saur and the executive team will remain and invest alongside Castik as the company pursues capacity expansion, capability development in water treatment services and potential geographic growth in Germany and the Netherlands.

Watts Water Technologies Acquires Bradley Corporation

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. agreed to acquire Bradley Corporation for $303 million (approximately $268 million net of estimated tax benefits) to expand its water solutions portfolio. The deal (funded with cash on hand) brings Superior's portfolio and capabilities into Watts' plumbing, heating and water-quality product lines to expand custom boiler offerings and drive cross-selling opportunities.

CAST Environmental Holdings Acquires Geoflow, Inc.

Generational Equity advised the sale of Geoflow, Inc., a specialist in subsurface drip irrigation and effluent dispersal technologies, to CAST Environmental Holdings, LLC (with affiliated Anua). The acquisition closed on February 2, 2022; sellers included owners Karen Ruskin Ferguson and Rodney Ruskin, and CAST/Anua plan to build on Geoflow’s patented ROOTGUARD and GEOSHIELD technologies to expand their clean water and onsite wastewater solutions.
