Watts Water Technologies Acquires Saudi Cast

The transaction, funded with cash on hand, adds roughly $20 million in annualized sales and strengthens Watts' nonresidential and industrial drainage product offerings.

Watts Water Technologies Acquires Bradley Corporation

The acquisition is Tramec's fourth add-on since its management-led recapitalization in 2021 and is intended to broaden Tramec's commercial vehicle product offering, enable cross-selling, and drive operational improvements and capacity growth at JWP's Urbana facility.
