WSB LLC Acquires AE Engineering, Inc.

Watts Water Technologies Acquires Josam Company

SJE (Audax Portfolio) Acquires L.W. Allen from Gen Cap America

SJE Inc., a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired L.W. Allen LLC from Gen Cap America. L.W. Allen, a Madison, Wisconsin-based designer and manufacturer of water and wastewater control systems and pumps with about 45 employees, will join SJE's Engineered Products team to expand capacity and regional service capabilities.
