Ardurra Acquires 300 Engineering Group

Ardurra Group, Inc. has acquired and merged with 300 Engineering Group, P.A., a 50-person water/wastewater and public works engineering firm based in Miami, Florida. The acquisition expands Ardurra's service offerings and presence in the Southeast and will see 300 Engineering operate as an Ardurra Group company from its Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices.

Littlejohn & Co. Acquires Ardurra Group from Round Table Capital Partners

Littlejohn & Co. partnered with Ardurra management and employees to acquire Ardurra Group, Inc., a Miami-based engineering and design firm serving water, transportation and aviation markets. The majority stake was purchased from Round Table Capital Partners; Ardurra will continue to be led by CEO Ernesto Aguilar and retain significant management/employee ownership as it pursues geographic expansion, capability development and strategic M&A.

Ardurra Group Acquires Janus Research, Inc.

The 21-person Janus team will continue operating from Tampa while integrating with Ardurra’s CRM capabilities, strengthening Ardurra’s position as a top-three CRM provider in Florida.

Ardurra Acquires MKN & Associates

The acquisition is an add-on to Ardurra’s platform that strengthens its water and wastewater capabilities and expands its presence across the Western United States; MKN will continue to operate from its San Luis Obispo headquarters and additional California offices.

The acquisition expands Ardurra's capabilities in aviation, transportation, public works and water/wastewater and extends its geographic footprint in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain region.
