Ardurra Group Acquires Infrastructure Engineering Corporation (IEC)

Ardurra Group, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, has acquired and merged with Infrastructure Engineering Corporation (IEC), a San Diego-based water, wastewater and public works engineering and construction management firm. IEC will operate as IEC, an Ardurra Group Company from its six California offices; the deal closed in early May 2021 and terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Ardurra's capabilities in aviation, transportation, public works and water/wastewater and extends its geographic footprint in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain region.
